Spec sheets for every series

For estimators, builders and building designers. One-page PDF per series with performance figures, construction, glazing options and section drawing. Data for all 46 series is also in a CSV file.

In supply now: the 70 series thermally broken casement; the other series are on request for projects. 28 of the 46 series are thermally broken. The lowest whole-window U-value is Uw 1.2 W/m²K (120 Narrow-Frame Thermally Broken Casement, 120 Motorised Horizontal Sliding Window, 120 Oversize Motorised Tilt Window, 120 Casement with Integrated Inner Sash); the quietest is the 93 High-Performance Energy Casement at Rw+C 45–50 dB; the highest water tightness is 800 Pa (93 High-Performance Energy Casement). All figures are the factory's published test results.

Reading the figures

Which aluminium window series has the lowest U-value?

In this range the 120 Narrow-Frame Thermally Broken Casement, the 120 Motorised Horizontal Sliding Window, the 120 Oversize Motorised Tilt Window, the 120 Casement with Integrated Inner Sash share the lowest factory Uw, 1.2 W/m²K. Standard non-thermal frames test at about 2.1–2.2 W/m²K.

What does Uw mean on a window spec sheet?

Uw is the heat-transfer coefficient of the whole window (frame plus glass), in W/m²K. Lower means less heat lost or gained. Energy assessors also use the SHGC (solar heat gain coefficient) of the glass; we supply both per series for NatHERS, BASIX or NCC reports.

How do water tightness and wind load figures relate to AS 2047?

AS 2047 tests windows to a performance rating set by the site’s wind classification under AS 4055: the higher the class, the higher the test pressures for wind, water and air. Compare the series figures with your site class and confirm with the AS 2047 test report we send with the quote.

Can I get CAD or DWG section drawings?

Section drawings are shown on each spec sheet. DWG files for a series are available on request for architects, building designers and estimators: ask through the enquiry form with the series name.

Is the data available in a spreadsheet?

Yes. Download the CSV of all 46 series with frame depth, thermal break, Uw, Rw+C, water tightness and wind load.

Need DWG drawings or test reports?

Tell us the series and the project. We send section drawings, the AS 2047 test report and energy data.

We reply within 2 business days with landed project pricing. Your details only go to us.
