What is included in the A$219/m² price?
The thermally broken 70 series frame and sash, double glazed units, standard hardware and seals, powder coat in a standard colour, labelling by opening, packing, sea freight, import duties including anti-dumping duty, and delivery to a capital-city site.
What is not included?
Installation, flashings and sill trims, insect screens, special glass (laminated, toughened, acoustic or triple), non-standard colours and delivery outside capital-city metro areas. These are priced per project.
Why is there a 500 m² minimum?
The windows are made in a dedicated factory production run. 500 m² is the smallest run the factory accepts, roughly three to five houses or one small multi-unit project.
How long from order to site?
About 30 days in production after the deposit, then shipping and clearance: 8 to 12 weeks to site in total.
Is the price per m² of window or of floor area?
Per m² of window, measured on the overall frame size (width × height) of each window.
